Antenna Types¶

Recommendations¶
- Point-to-point links: Yagi antennas aimed at neighbor
- Local coverage: Vertical omnidirectional
- Separate antennas for each radio port
Feedline¶
- Use quality coax (LMR-400 or equivalent)
- Keep runs as short as practical
- Use proper weatherproofing outdoors
